Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Central Testing Laboratory Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including complaints and issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in an urban area and have access to reliable transportation.
