Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Pixel Auto Service Limited. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Clients
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.
Providing Information and AssistanceYou will provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our services and policies.
Scheduling and Confirming AppointmentsYou will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient service.
Maintaining Work Records and LogsYou will maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, ensuring that our team has the information they need to provide excellent service.
Answering Telephone and Relaying MessagesYou will answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient service.
Providing Customer ServiceYou will provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Performing Basic Bookkeeping TasksYou will perform basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements- Education
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceYou must be willing to train and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
LanguageYou must be fluent in English.
AvailabilityYou must be available to work 30-40 hours per week.
