About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at Pixel Auto Service Limited as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area. This may involve answering questions, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments with clients. This will involve coordinating with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that appointments are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner.

Providing Administrative Support

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining work records and logs, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Screening Questions

You will be responsible for screening clients to ensure that they meet the necessary qualifications for our services. This will involve asking a series of questions to determine their eligibility and providing information about our services.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Language

You must be fluent in English.

Work Hours

You must be available to work 30-40 hours per week.
