Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Pixel Auto Service Limited. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Clients
You will be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area. This may involve answering questions, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Scheduling and Confirming AppointmentsYou will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments with clients. This may involve using a calendar or scheduling system to book appointments and sending reminders to clients.
Providing Basic InformationYou will be responsible for providing basic information to clients and the public. This may involve answering questions, providing directions, and offering general information about our services.
Maintaining Work Records and LogsYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date work records and logs. This may involve recording client interactions, tracking appointments, and maintaining a record of client communications.
Answering Telephone and Relaying MessagesYou will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages to the appropriate staff member. This may involve taking messages, transferring calls, and providing general information to clients.
Providing Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. This may involve resolving issues, answering questions, and offering general information about our services.
Performing Basic Bookkeeping TasksYou will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements- Education
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceYou must be willing to train and learn the skills required for the role.
LanguageYou must be fluent in English.
Work TermYou must be available to work on a permanent basis.
HoursYou must be available to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
