Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Pixel Auto Service Limited. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Direct Clients
You will be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area.
Provide Information and SupportYou will provide basic information to clients and the public, and will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
Schedule and Confirm AppointmentsYou will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, and will maintain accurate work records and logs.
Perform Administrative TasksYou will perform basic bookkeeping tasks and provide customer service to our clients.
Requirements- Education
You must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceYou must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageYou must be fluent in English.
Work HoursYou must be available to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
