Job Title: Territory Manager - Compact Construction Equipment

Brandt is seeking a Territory Manager – Compact Construction Equipment for our Cambridge Construction & Forestry location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the compact construction equipment market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers, staying up-to-date with market trends and aggressively pursuing leads.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of all compact construction equipment offered by Brandt.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to source and prospect new clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales industry experience and/or knowledge of the compact construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
