About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at IPI ScottsInn LP. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, and arranging for maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
