We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Parts Fulfillment: Locate and ship parts to customers and other branches in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in the unloading, receiving, and storing of incoming parts and materials.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information.
- Education and Experience: A solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills, with previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Effective customer service skills, flexible work schedule, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication skills.
- Certifications and Training: Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset, and experience working within the Heavy Duty Truck, fabrication, and/or manufacturing industry is considered an asset but not required.
