Automotive Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at Craftsman Collision. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of parts and inventory throughout our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Support management in maintaining a well-organized and compliant parts room, adhering to our company's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Receive and accurately process parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in support of our repair plans.
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Utilize our company's management system to enter parts and sublet invoices, and confirm margins.
- Organize and maintain parts carts, staging areas, and the parts room, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Deliver parts to stakeholders as required, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Ensure returns are completed prior to file closure, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager to ensure compliance with all provincial and national regulatory standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the goal of closing all files within 24 hours of vehicle delivery, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Support company standards in SPARKLE, safety, and security, representing the Craftsman Collision brand in a positive manner.
- 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is an asset.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is an asset.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Outlook with the ability and willingness to learn new applications.
- Demonstrated desire and aptitude for learning and development.
- Interest in vehicles and the automotive industry.
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract over the last 3 years.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.
