Automotive Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at Craftsman Collision. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of parts and inventory throughout our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that parts are properly received, stored, and distributed.
- Parts Receiving and Returns: Receive and process parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in support of our repair plans.
- Parts Room Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized and clean parts room, ensuring that all parts are easily accessible and properly stored.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our management team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining the highest level of quality in our operations.
- Experience: 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is an asset.
- Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, with a well-defined sense of diplomacy and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Outlook and able to learn new applications.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment skills, with a strong interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
