Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Test Technician to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our logistics center, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform setup, calibration, and testing of computer hardware and software
  • Configure and refurbish products, including repackaging, reimaging, and cleaning
  • Test and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and computer-related accessories
  • Develop and implement test specifications and procedures
  • Prepare technical reports and assist with customer technical support
  • Provide product specifications and configuration details to internal associates and customers
  • Assist with bench repair work and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • 1+ year of related experience in electronics and computer hardware
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college diploma or above in computer hardware and network-related area preferred
  • A+ certification and ability to complete technical training certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and implement test procedures
  • Ability to review test procedures and understand failure analysis
  • Meet weight lifting requirements and be able to stand for long periods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
