Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Business Development: Prospect for new customers through various means, including cold calling, mailers, and other sales strategies, to grow the business.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and phone contacts, identify opportunities to grow the business, and conduct annual reviews.
- Receivables Management: Manage receivables for assigned accounts.
- Administrative Tasks: Utilize software to track customer and prospect activity, submit expense reports, pipelines, and proposal recaps to management, and maintain customer files.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance, rental, and administration departments to handle assigned accounts.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; college or post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience: Two years of experience in commercial vehicle leasing or a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills; proficiency in customer service, administrative skills, team building, and software proficiency.
- Assets: SAP experience, valid driver's license, and a driving record that meets the company's insurance carrier guidelines.
