With 15 locations in Ontario and almost 600 employees, we are seeking a top talent to fill the role of Lease Account Manager.

The Lease Account Manager is responsible for the sale and maintenance of existing accounts for the Full Service Lease and Contract Maintenance product lines. Reporting to the Director of Idealease, this professional will ensure that customers receive complete truck leasing and rental solutions across our network of dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
  • Prospect for new customers through cold calling, telephone solicitation, mailers, or other means to grow the business.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers through personal visits and phone contacts, grow the business with these accounts, and perform annual reviews with each customer.
  • Maintain receivables with each assigned account.
  • Utilize Outlook or comparable prospecting software to track customer and prospect activity.
  • Submit expenses reports, pipelines, and proposal recaps monthly to the District General Managers and National Sales Manager.
  • Use software to assist in the sales process, including Lease vs. Own, Lease vs. Lease, Prospector, PowerPoint presentations, and Sales Suite.
  • Maintain customer files with emphasis on replacement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance manager, rental department, and administration departments the handling of all assigned accounts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college or post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Two years of experience in commercial vehicle leasing or a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, positive thinker, and self-motivated.
  • Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Competency in customer service, administrative skills, team building, proficiency with software and computers.
  • SAP experience is an asset.
  • Criminal Record Check.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
