**Job Overview**

As a Senior Project Coordinator with Green Infrastructure Partners, you will play a vital role in the success of our infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Planner/Scheduler.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to pursuit and operations teams in estimating and planning various contracts.
  • Plan and establish milestones for projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Review project work activities to ensure support of project milestones and identify potential constraints.
  • Work with the Project Team to develop bid & baseline schedules for multi-year projects in Primavera P6, resource loaded at activity level.
  • Regularly analyze the critical path and engage with the Project Manager to advise on potential impacts, efficiencies, and near-critical items.
  • Conduct weekly and periodic progress meetings with site management to gather information and discuss project progress, deviation, and change.
  • Gather and interpret project data from both internal and external sources.
  • Assist in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing the schedule and status during all phases of the project.
  • Analyze subcontractors' schedules and forecast completion target dates to ensure contractor plans are realistic and achievable.
  • Maintain schedule forecasts throughout the project life cycle by verifying schedules are properly updated and linked to the master schedules if prepared by outside parties.
  • Monitor and report critical path variances and schedule performance of the total project.

**Requirements:**

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Experience in the Transportation/Civil sector required.
  • Valid G driver's license and access to own vehicle.
  • Open to travel to job sites throughout the Province of Ontario.
