Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler Lead to join our team at Green Infrastructure Partners. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level scheduling support to project managers and teams.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in project scheduling, planning, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction projects, including phasing, sequencing, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project goals
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and mitigate scheduling risks and issues
  • Provide regular schedule updates and progress reports to stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project data to inform scheduling decisions
  • Work closely with commercial and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in project scheduling and coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
