Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Green Infrastructure Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our pursuit and operations teams in the estimating and planning of various contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and establish milestones for projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Review project work activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.
  • Collaborate with the Project Team to develop bid & baseline schedules for multi-year projects, using Primavera P6, resource loaded at activity level.
  • Analyze critical path and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on potential impacts, efficiencies, and near-critical items.
  • Conduct weekly and periodic progress meetings with site management to gather information and discuss project progress, deviation, and change.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Experience in the Transportation/Civil sector required; roads and bridges experience considered an asset.
  • Valid G driver's license and access to own vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to job sites throughout the Province of Ontario.
