Human Resources Coordinator

We seek adaptable individuals who share our passion for helping Canadians Live Life Well. As a Senior Coordinator, Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting the launch and ongoing operation of our new distribution centre in East Gwillimbury, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee leave, benefits, and compensation inquiries
- Assist recruiters with full-cycle recruitment and orientation
- Process employment verifications and maintain attendance records
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives and operations teams
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a distribution or operations environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
