Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, knowledgeable, consultative sales talent to join our team in building the growth engines of our future. As a Smart Collaboration Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit for Enterprise/Public Sector accounts in Canada, selling specific use case solutions for Lenovo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop selling relationships with End User account reps and own and close solution sales opportunities that you identify or that are identified by the End User account teams.
  • Develop new account relationships with line of business decision makers, outside of the traditional CIO domain, that are responsible for use case solution decisions.
  • Collaborate with business partners that are focused on solution selling and leveraging their skills to close new business.
  • Identify solution requirements for our WW Customer Solution team based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 5 or more years of successful solution (hardware, software, & services) sales experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in selling Video and/or Workplace Collaboration technology solutions or Cloud solutions.
  • Track record of closing new business and developing/maintaining business within existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million-dollar quota.
  • Executive relationship building within account set – comfort and confidence with C-level conversations.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large accounts through solution-selling and value-selling techniques.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. When not in the field, it requires 3 days in our Markham office and 2 days working from home.
