About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Enablement Manager to join our team at Société Financière Manuvie. As a key member of our Global Digital Acceleration team, you will play a critical role in driving our learning and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Learning Strategies: Collaborate with team leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to plan training delivery timelines, goals, and milestones.
  • Oversee Training Data and Metrics: Analyze and report on training data to understand its impact on the organization.
  • Communicate Training Programs: Develop and drive communication strategies to promote digital transformation training programs to target audiences.
  • Curriculum Development and Execution: Contribute to the development, execution, and refinement of training programs in areas such as Digital Product Management, Agile Transformation, Personalization, and Digital Adoption.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including HCD, UX, and AI, to develop new ways of working.
  • Support Learning Program Participants: Provide first and second-level support for learning program participants before, during, and after training sessions.
  • Collect and Manage Training Data: Collect and manage training-related data on various tools, including Survey Monkey, MS Forms, JIRA, Power BI, Compass, and Pursuit.
  • Plan and Schedule Training Sessions: Collaborate with the team to plan and schedule delivery timelines, goals, and achievements.
  • Co-Facilitate Training Sessions: Co-facilitate training sessions and events, including facilitating modules or entire trainings, running breakout rooms, and using tools such as Mural, MS Teams, Slido, and MS Forms.
  • Coordinate Training Materials: Coordinate and support the development and testing of e-learning modules and other training materials.
  • Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication between project collaborators, including team members, senior leaders, and vendors.
  • Participate in Project Planning: Participate in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and delivery plans.
  • Connect with Learning Leaders: Connect with other learning leaders in the organization and with the Global Learning team to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks within Learning BAU for the Global Digital Acceleration team.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in crafting, facilitating, and continuously improving training programs, preferably in a large, global organization.
  • Agile or Digital Transformation Experience: 5+ years of experience working in an Agile or Digital Transformation environment.
  • Education: Degree in Training/Education, HR, Organizational Management, Communication, or equivalent.
  • Customer Centricity: Excellent understanding of Customer Centricity approaches and attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Engaging presentation skills, adept written and verbal communication are a must.
  • Executive-Facing Communication: Experience with Executive-facing communication and presentation.
  • Large Language Models and Generative AI: Affinity for and some experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
  • PC Skills: Strong PC skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Banking or Financial Planning Experience: Experience in banking or financial planning is a strong asset.
