Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an Invoicing Support Administrator. This role will support our commercial and residential customers while providing world-class customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of admin experience in a fast-paced professional environment, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Suite is also an asset. The successful candidate will be able to learn and use multiple computer systems, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include reconciling open work orders on a weekly basis, managing all work orders in client portals, ensuring accuracy in our invoice process, and uploading invoices into customer 3rd party portals. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for daily and consolidated month-end invoicing, printing, sorting, and mailing daily invoice runs as required.
The successful candidate will have excellent proof-reading abilities, strong communication (verbal and written) skills, and be able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor are essential.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week in-office at our Concord location. We offer competitive pay ($45,000 - $55,000 per year) on a bi-weekly pay schedule, and many roles offer incentives based on performance and providing exceptional customer experience.
