Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

At Beiersdorf, we strive to create innovative solutions for our customers. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Eucerin brand in the Central, East, and West Africa (CEWA) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Eucerin in the CEWA region, aligning with global and regional objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and activities.
  • Drive brand growth through superior innovations, communication, and in-market activities.
  • Lead the development of market knowledge, trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strengthen consumer orientation in the team and ensure closeness to the field.
  • Validate promotional objectives and plans, and follow up on implementation.
  • Influence sales through strategic guidance on pricing, promotions, and sales mix to achieve net margin objectives.
  • Control marketing investment in line with the agreed plan/forecast, reconciling and updating throughout the financial year.
  • Ensure the continuous development of the Eucerin brand across digital platforms and amongst consumers in the CEWA region.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, product development, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
