Senior Marketing Manager

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of marketing strategies for our flagship product, REZZAYO, within the Mundipharma Anti-fungal/Anti-infective portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement above-country campaigns for REZZAYO, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and effective implementation across multiple markets.
- Lead the performance evaluation of marketing campaigns for REZZAYO, analyzing key metrics to optimize strategies and enhance ROI.
- Ensure timely compliance approval of campaign assets for REZZAYO to enable local markets to localize and execute campaigns effectively.
- Support the development of high-value content for use as part of omnichannel journeys.
- Provide support for market research initiatives specific to REZZAYO, gathering insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the development and execution of the brand strategy for treatment and prophylaxis indications.
- Support the development of an omnichannel engagement plan for REZZAYO aligned with brand strategies, and provide support in content creation, approval, and activation in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Manage the promotional budget required to execute your projects.
- Life science or business/management science degree qualified.
- Working knowledge of ABPI (The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry) & Compliance codes.
- Demonstrated influencing & leadership at all levels within a complex organization.
- Fluency in managing Veeva approval systems & financial spend.
- Global marketing experience or alternatively significant experience in a Country marketing role.
- Ability to make sound tactical omnichannel recommendations & commercial assessments.
- Demonstrated collaboration at all levels throughout an organization.
- Ideally global marketing experience across established & developing markets.
- Brings clear tactical thinking to issues, such as: industry trends, the competitive environment, market and customer opportunities, emerging technology and effective stakeholder management.
- Has clear understanding of positioning, segmentation and targeting, to enable a winning commercial strategy.
- Project Leadership – Has a clear vision & is able to clearly articulate the strategy & tactics pertaining to all projects for which they are responsible. Provides support & guidance to colleagues at all levels within the organization & ensures projects are delivered on time & to the highest standard.
- Cross Functional Collaboration & Influence – Builds meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the business providing guidance in relation to their areas of responsibility & subject matter expertise.
