Job Title: Contract Manager Aeronautique
Job Summary:
Parsons Oman is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager Aeronautique to lead contract administration for large airport projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management, including contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts for large airport projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.
- Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure understanding of contractual obligations and requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate contract risks and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in contract management, including 5+ years in pre and post contract functions for large infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws and regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate large groups of stakeholders.
- Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
