Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Program Manager to manage the execution of existing Membrane Replacement Agreement (MRA) Contracts in North America and develop new operations/forecasting processes to support our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for MRA contract opportunities, coordinating with sales and commercial engineering teams.
  • Work closely with Services, Insight, and techsupport teams to support customer needs and ensure deliverables from contracts are provided.
  • Maintain forecasts of membrane replacements needed for production planning.
  • Engage project management teams in the execution of membrane replacement events as required.
  • Ensure annual invoicing is updated and completed for active contracts.
  • Monitor and update annual contract financial performance and forecasting.
  • Coordinate customer feedback meetings to provide feedback and input.
  • Act as a customer advocate, motivating internal teams to meet customer requirements and prioritize their satisfaction.
  • Travel to customer sites for site meetings and issue investigation as required.
  • Function with a high order of integrity and compliance with regulations and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer relationship management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and business productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and perseverance.
