Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager, Aviation Infrastructure
Job Summary:
Parsons Oman is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Oman. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance across large-scale aviation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Responsible for administering contracts, including all contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure contract compliance across the program and ensure that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and support the career development of staff.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws and knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills, and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders.
- Education: Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
