Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Contracts Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, managing subcontractors, and processing invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry standards
- Manage subcontractors, including generating and executing subcontract agreements
- Process invoices and payments within our ERP system
- Coordinate with project teams to facilitate inquiries and resolve issues
- Support special department projects as required
Requirements:
- Post-secondary school diploma in business or accounting, or equivalent experience
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably View Point or comparable software
- SAP experience is an asset
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
