Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Contracts Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, managing subcontractors, and processing invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry standards
  • Manage subcontractors, including generating and executing subcontract agreements
  • Process invoices and payments within our ERP system
  • Coordinate with project teams to facilitate inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support special department projects as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary school diploma in business or accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably View Point or comparable software
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
