Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Crescent Heights Wellness Clinic Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring seamless patient flow, and supporting the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role
  • The Clinical Operations Coordinator will work closely with the clinical team to coordinate appointments, procedures, and other clinical activities.
  • You will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • In collaboration with the team, you will develop and implement processes to optimize clinical operations and improve patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and other clinical activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize clinical operations and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., health administration, business administration).
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a coordinator or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
