Clinical Operations Director Role

The Senior Clinical Operations Director oversees daily clinical activities within the healthcare practice, ensuring high-quality patient care while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care.

Requirements
