Salary:


We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.



Job Description


In this exciting role as a Strategic Evaluation Specialist, you will play a key part in evaluating program performance, conducting studies and analyses to inform decision-making, and providing strategic advice to senior management. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our programs, and contributing to the development of evidence-based policies and initiatives.



Key Responsibilities



  • Evaluate program performance using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Conduct studies and analyses to inform decision-making and policy development
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on program evaluation and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, universities, and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in program evaluation and research


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in a field such as public administration, policy analysis, or a related field
  • Significant experience in program evaluation, research, and analysis, preferably in a government or academic setting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with specialized evaluation techniques, including qualitative and quantitative methods
