About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Evolution Physiotherapy. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a high level of productivity while providing exceptional customer service.
