About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at HD Physiotherapy Corp. as a Front Desk Coordinator. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or service area.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records and logs, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
