Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Touchmark at Wedgewood. As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff members
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries
  • Coordinate with staff members to resolve resident and guest issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and resident concerns
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Standard First Aid Certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
