Sales Director

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a key supplier to NAV CANADA and the Department of National Defence, we are looking for a seasoned professional to drive growth and expand our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow existing business opportunities and identify new ones
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including NAV CANADA and the Department of National Defence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to anticipate and respond to emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs
- Minimum 10 years of combined experience in sales and business development, preferably in the defence industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent business acumen and understanding of the defence industry
- Experience using CRM databases and lead tracking systems
