Job Summary
The Senior Director of Sales, Canada will lead the commercial performance for our multi-brand portfolio in the Canadian market. This role will partner closely with senior-level counterparts at key retailers, developing short and long-term growth strategies and spearheading commercial initiatives to elevate the visibility and prominence of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the commercial performance for our multi-brand portfolio in the Canadian market.
- Partner with senior-level counterparts at key retailers to develop short and long-term growth strategies.
- Spearhead commercial initiatives to elevate the visibility and prominence of our brands.
- Oversee all relevant retailer negotiations, including sales and revenue goals, margin, and retailer profitability.
- Lead a local account management team and work cross-functionally with key partners to ensure the needs of the business are elevated and fully supported.
Requirements
- 15-20+ years of beauty industry experience in a sales/commercial role in the Canadian market.
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic with proven success operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and the mission of e.l.f. Beauty.
- Positive and energetic with the ability to inspire those they work with.
- Outstanding industry reputation and established relationships with senior players at Shopper's Drug Mart and Walmart CA.
- Success building and managing a commercial team with a proven track record of success across multiple retailers.
- P&L management experience, budgetary ownership, and development.
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work in an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation
$175,000 - $195,000 a year
