Head of Sales

Beacon is revolutionizing the way immigrants transition to Canada, and we're seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead our B2B2C sales efforts. As our Head of Sales, you'll drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and empower our Super App to become the go-to solution for international students and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve early revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with Canadian educational institutions, international student agencies, and corporate clients to promote Beacon's solutions.
- Identify and secure partnerships with key stakeholders to position Beacon as a leader in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on products and improve market fit based on customer feedback.
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Be self-sufficient and resourceful in managing the sales and partnership funnel.
- Passion for Beacon's mission of empowering future Canadians and recent immigrants.
- Strong experience in executing B2B2C sales strategies and a proven track record of success.
- Established relationships with key stakeholders in the education and corporate sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment and analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment with some remote work options.
- Familiarity with consultative and solution-minded sales approaches and sales pipeline management tools.
