About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at BIN 4 BURGER LOUNGE NANAIMO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
