Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
