Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Accessibility: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure that all customers can access our services.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community programs and initiatives that support persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 30-40 hours per week.
