Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive experience, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
- Operational Procedures: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
