Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing revenue and increasing market share through strategic sales initiatives and effective relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and influencers to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts in CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales with a proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and influencers.
  • Ability to work in Ottawa, Ontario without relocation assistance and current right to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales with a proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience working with dealerships and understanding their sales and operating procedures.
  • Experience working with federal government contracts.
  • Bilingual in both English and French.
