About the Role

Haworth, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and influencers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Utilize business automation tools and software to manage sales activities, track results, and analyze market trends.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients, dealers, and influencers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, marketing, or communications.
  • 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales with a proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in Ottawa, Ontario without relocation assistance.
  • Current and continuing right to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in consultative B2B sales with a proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience working with dealerships and understanding their sales and operating procedures.
  • Experience working with federal government contracts.
  • Bilingual in both English and French.
