Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business opportunities and maintaining a strong sales funnel to ensure sales targets and goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and sales efforts
- Maintain a strong sales funnel with a focus on activity to ensure sales targets and goals are met
- Familiarize yourself with market conditions, industry, and competitor standards
- Participate and collaborate with the sales team for ongoing efforts to meet the organization's business objectives
- Present product information regarding features, benefits, and new product/service offerings to customers
- At least 2 years of sales experience - industrial sales experience is an asset
- Bilingual - English/French a must have
- A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, professional, and a team player
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
- Solid track record of sales results
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
- You must have a passion for sales and enjoy cold calling
