  • Design and develop complex models or simulations to resolve product application problems and document suggested solutions.
  • Work with design and development groups to determine effective applications, equipment, and methods to correct product performance problems.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and support for analytical systems remotely and in-person at customer sites.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytical Instrumentation or related field, or Associate Degree with 10 years of experience in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Analytical Instrumentation or related field.
