Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Siemens Electronic Design Automation ULC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Saskatoon office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for the management team and coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings
  • Provide administrative support for various tasks, including generating travel and expense reports, processing invoices, and ordering office supplies
  • Communicate effectively with employees and vendors daily
  • Ship and receive office equipment
  • Review new hire applications and onboard staff
  • Participate in occupational health and safety activities
  • Handle personal and confidential information discreetly
  • Use MS Teams to set up conference calls and file sharing
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Saskatoon office

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Degree or diploma is ideal
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft: Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work full-time in person in our Saskatoon office
