Office Support Specialist

Mokx Professional services Ltd. is seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to critical documents and data.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
