Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager for our Commercial team in the Atlantic region. As part of our hybrid work environment, this role offers flexibility and collaboration with colleagues in office or remotely. Based in Gallagher's Hartland, Fredericton, Dieppe, or Halifax office locations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to commercial clients, managing client portfolios, and driving business retention.

This role involves working closely with clients, reviewing accounts at renewal, and re-marketing policies as needed. You will also respond promptly to client inquiries, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policy updates.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clientele with a focus on the Transportation industry, prioritizing business retention and relationship building.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking key steps to place coverage required by clients, re-market policies when necessary, and adhere to carrier binding authority.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to client inquiries, maintaining fast turnaround times for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives to bind clients.
  • Consistently stay up-to-date on insurance market knowledge, including new products and policy updates.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop deep relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Your solution-oriented approach, attention to detail, and ability to learn new systems and processes are essential. Additionally, you should have 3-5 years of commercial mid-market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment, and be licensed in good standing. CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications and designations are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
