About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain to ensure customer fulfillment, service delivery, and stock performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, including vendor management, project management, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the supply chain remains competitive and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, or project management.
  • BA/BS degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational needs and identify solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
