About the Role:
As a key leadership partner, you will play a vital role in the implementation and sustainability of the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS). You will lead initiatives aimed at reviewing supply chain processes and related domains by applying advanced principles of continuous improvement to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the site leadership team to build organizational capabilities that facilitate the identification and elimination of losses and waste.
- Monitor and support critical metrics and KPIs to assess overall supply chain performance and process effectiveness at the site. Coach KPI owners in conducting gap analyses, identifying corrective actions, and ensuring gaps are addressed.
- Guide KPI owners through the PDCA process, ensuring completion of gap analyses and implementation of corrective actions to maintain sustained results.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects and teams focused on the review and analysis of significant supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify process requirements, improvement opportunities, and best practices for the site, ensuring alignment with the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure.
- Utilize site data to prioritize initiatives, define project requirements, and establish scopes, resources, team members, tasks, and project ownership.
- Promote consistent and effective use of pillar tools, enhance communication across teams, and ensure the seamless application of company best practices and standards.
- Assist in training and coaching personnel to foster organizational self-sufficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
About You:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong situational leadership abilities to influence all levels within the organization.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- The ability to design and implement improvement strategies that align with TreeHouse's strategic objectives.
- Expertise in supply chain processes and a vision for continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to represent site improvement initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in plant-based manufacturing, along with project management and continuous improvement training.
