Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain to ensure customer fulfillment, service, delivery, and stock performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex supply chain operations and improving efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain management software.
