Key Responsibilities- Compile and manage orders and directives from clients.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise the logistical operations within the organization.
- Monitor and finalize work orders effectively.
- Coordinate activities across various departments.
- Perform routine administrative tasks.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Maintain comprehensive work records and logs.
- Oversee personnel workloads and locations.
- Organize and maintain warehouse and operational areas.
- Handle general office responsibilities.
- Resolve operational challenges, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
- Compile specifications and worksheets for orders.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation.
